Weedy the Sea Dragon is a 2D, underwater maze game concept about exploration and finding your lost eggs.

Hover_Level_2

Early concepts for the Level Select screen design, showing how the player controls Weedy to make selections in the interface. The player starts the game by swimming over to the ‘Start’ button, collecting Eggs along the way. This ensures the player both learns and understands both navigation and collectables before even beginning the level – as well as feeling more playful and immersive.
